Mer et Monde

Mer et Monde is an international cooperation organization which has worked for 20 years to promote solidarity between people and peoples. We work to raise awareness, train and support participants— young and old—in their experience of solidarity abroad. Through various international internship programs, Mer et Monde promotes intercultural exchange, reciprocal learning, mutual respect and commitment to solidarity. Based in Montreal, Mer et Monde has permanent field teams in Nicaragua and Senegal, and works in close collaboration with several local partners to contribute to the development of their projects.
